Vilniaus dailės akademijos virtuali mokymosi aplinka VDA Moodle yra skirta Vilniaus dailės akademijos studijų procesui organizuoti ir vykdyti.

Prisijungimas naudojant Google paskyrą

VDA Moodle naudotojams suteikiama galimybė prisijungti naudojant Vilniaus dailės akademijos Google paskyrą.

Prisijungimui naudojama Google OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect autentifikavimo paslauga. VDA Moodle prašo tik bazinės Google paskyros informacijos, reikalingos naudotojui autentifikuoti ir identifikuoti (openid, profile, email).

Prisijungimo metu VDA Moodle gali gauti šiuos Google paskyros duomenis:

• unikalų Google paskyros identifikatorių;
• vardą ir pavardę;
• el. pašto adresą;
• profilio nuotrauką, jei ji nustatyta Google paskyroje.

Ši informacija naudojama tik naudotojo tapatybei nustatyti, prisijungimui prie VDA Moodle užtikrinti ir Moodle naudotojo paskyrai susieti su Google paskyra.

VDA Moodle neprašo prieigos prie naudotojo Gmail laiškų, Google Drive failų, Google Calendar duomenų, kontaktų ar kitų Google Workspace paslaugose saugomų duomenų.

Google paskyros slaptažodis VDA Moodle sistemai neperduodamas ir joje nesaugomas.

Duomenų saugojimas ir perdavimas

Autentifikavimo metu gauta informacija, reikalinga VDA Moodle naudotojo paskyrai, gali būti saugoma VDA Moodle sistemoje tiek, kiek ji reikalinga Moodle paslaugoms teikti.

Per Google autentifikavimo paslaugą gauti naudotojo duomenys nėra parduodami ir nenaudojami reklamos tikslais. Duomenys tvarkomi tik VDA Moodle paslaugai teikti ir laikantis Vilniaus dailės akademijoje taikomų asmens duomenų apsaugos reikalavimų.

Duomenų ištrynimas ir privatumo klausimai

Dėl VDA Moodle saugomų asmens duomenų, jų ištaisymo ar ištrynimo naudotojai gali kreiptis į Vilniaus dailės akademiją oficialioje VDA privatumo politikoje nurodytais kontaktais.

VDA Moodle Privacy Information

The VDA Moodle virtual learning environment is operated by Vilnius Academy of Arts (Vilniaus dailės akademija) and is used to support and manage the Academy's teaching and learning activities.

Sign in with Google

VDA Moodle users can sign in using their Vilnius Academy of Arts Google account.

VDA Moodle uses Google OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect for authentication and requests only the basic Google Account information required to authenticate and identify the user (openid, profile, email).

When signing in, VDA Moodle may receive the following Google Account information:

• unique Google Account identifier;
• first and last name;
• email address;
• profile picture, if available in the Google Account.

This information is used solely to authenticate the user, provide access to VDA Moodle and associate the user's Moodle account with their Google Account.

VDA Moodle does not request access to the user's Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar data, contacts, or other data stored in Google Workspace services.

The user's Google Account password is not provided to or stored by VDA Moodle.

Data storage and sharing

Information received during authentication that is required for the VDA Moodle user account may be stored in VDA Moodle for as long as it is necessary to provide Moodle services.

Google user data obtained through the authentication service is not sold or used for advertising purposes. The data is processed only for the purpose of providing VDA Moodle services and in accordance with the personal data protection requirements applicable at Vilnius Academy of Arts.

Data deletion and privacy enquiries

Users may contact Vilnius Academy of Arts regarding personal data stored in VDA Moodle, including requests for correction or deletion, using the contact information provided in the official VDA Privacy Policy.
